My InfoTrack credentials aren't saving in LEAP
Only the admin of your LEAP account can integrate the InfoTrack account. If your credentials are not saving when you first attempt to connect, this may be because you are not authorized to connect the accounts. Please reach out to your LEAP administrator and ask them to connect the accounts and add you as a user.
