Once you have connected your InfoTrack and LEAP accounts, you can begin placing orders, starting from within your LEAP account.
Placing an order from within LEAP
To begin placing a filing, serving, or eSignature order navigate to the Searching and Services button on your matter ribbon.
Filing and serving from within InfoTrack
To begin placing a filing or serving from within the InfoTrack platform, select the state you wish to file and serve in from the InfoTrack home screen.
Information from the LEAP matter will be available in InfoTrack.
Accessing returned documents
Court-returned documents are saved in the Correspondence section of the relevant matter in your LEAP account.
Select the preview icon on the completed filing to view the document.
Expense tracking
Court fees and filing charges are automatically saved on the Expense Recoveries sub-tab of the Operating Account tab.
A line item is created for each expense, auto-generating for the case, the order, and the filing. The filing will contain the cost that you can pass through to your clients.
